nurseawful cyprusnow.info and cyprusnow.com are two seperate and different domains. the cyprusnow.com was never open for anyone to buy it, despite the original posters 'anybody want it'. It would not have become available until 02.12.2012, if the previous registrant had now chosen to renew it by then. If you actual check here http://www.verisigninc.com/en_US/products-and-services/domain-name-services/whois/index.xhtml You will see that actualy it was renewed today, will not now expire again till 23.Oct.2012 and even then it will not become available for anyone else to buy until dec 2012 if the current registrant does not renew it between expiry and then.

Nurseawful cyprusnow.info (the site run by hans and AJ that I provide the hosting and tech support for) is nothing to do with the site cyprusnow.com mentioned in the original post. In exactly the same way that .info domain for cyprus44 is nothing to do with cyprus44.com (this site). They are different domains, registered and owned by different people that point to entirely different websites.

Erolz, Thank you for the explanation, but to teach me you would need to go to primary 1 level as 'domains and hosting' mean absolutely nothing to me. BUT I get the gist I think, message 1 has nothing to do with your venture and with the greatest respect to message 1 he is stirring or trying to stir the pot! Chris p.s. Bet the world is glad i was a nurse and not a politician!

A domain is just like an address in the real world. Just as 23 High Street Ealing, is not the same place or owned by the same person as 23 High Street Acton, so cyprusnow.info is not the same 'address' or owned by the same person as cyprusnow.com. Hope that makes some kind of sense ?
