I have an old traditional recipe for Christmas Cake & Christmas Pudding, which usually go down a storm with family back home. Just wondering what the response would be like if I was to make them here & sell them. Let me know your thoughts. Thank you.

Hi

sounds good, but I have a more urgent need ;-) I am here for 6 weeks, but I have loads of work to do - for the next 3 or 4 weeks I also have family/friends here and I don't want to spend the time I've got with them cooking. Have you got any other cakes on offer (my hubby loves apple pie and sacher cake), but I would also be interested in your bests ;-)

Also how about a few curries or Chinese meals ( I know you're good at those!) to stick in the freezer or any other thing you suggest (like pies ;-).

If you're interested - send me an email with your suggestions and prices. it would be great if you could help. I need to pass this exam ;-)

and good luck with your venture - perhaps you should offer meals on wheels for those who can't get about much these days. ;-)

Thank you for everyone's comments it is much appreciated. Within the next 2 weeks if you would like to go along to The Dolce Vita cafe next to the Cratos hotel on the main road in Catalkoy. I will be putting a variety of things in there for people to come along & tase & I will also have more of an idea of the prices I will have to charge & Menu's etc.

I will post something again on the forum nearer the time.

I hope to see you there & thank you again.

PS

Thank you Pambonn, I am very interested in all your suggestions if you would like to take your contact details into my partner (Mehmet) at the cafe (see above). I will only be too pleased to discuss your needs.

You have all been so helpful.
