| Hi all, We are just about to sign contracts to purchase one of the "Olives" - one of a group of 4 completed villas, with all connections in place, in Ozankoy. As part of the contract we have to pay for the deposits on the water and electricity meters. The estate agent tells me that this must be done in person. It all seems perfectly reasonable, but we can't get over to NC for a while. Does anyone have any idea how long a period of grace, if any, we will get with KIBTEK and Belediye (who are they - the local council?). Alternatively, can anyone suggest a different solution to our problem. |

| we had to sign a power of attorney in favour of our lawyer, to put services on for us in our absence. The problem is you have to be in nc to do this. The only other way is for your builder to do it for you. |
