The problem must be bigger than my area. No replies here yet and got a text message from Rev W. in Karşiyaka. Same problem. I find it difficult to write positive about NN. Too much downtime lately.

Why does Nethouse Networks never bother to give an explanation about downtime..?! And when something goes wrong at night - why do we always have to wait till 9+ am before the problem gets fixed?

our Support line works till 02:00am , if your problem needs to be fixed on site , yes you have to wait.

i called many times tonight..never got through once...i think with the amount of times i have been cut of i am entitled to a free month.

I aint kidding i once made the mistake of paying my bill early and was cut on the following month on the day that i paid the bill earlier.

I honestly believe with the amount of times i am offline i should have a free month !!!!

@ msg 13, Nethouse: I understand of course that you do not fix problems on site at night.

I'm talking about the times that my Internet connection is gone when I wake up and I* have to wait till 9+ am until the connection is back again.

I pay for a full year and expect that Nethouse N has someone to monitor the connection 24/7, which includes the night. This is done in other countries also and often by technical people who check the connection at home - and do something adequate when it goes wrong. NN customers shouldn't have to wait till your technicians have finished their breakfast and Turkish coffee.



* I suppose this goes for other NN customers also.

If there was a power cut at Turk Telecom would it not affect all companies that provide internet connections. My 3G did not go off and my friend in Lapta who is with extend and my brother in Alsancak who is with MultiMax have had no problems today.

Digital Supreme had a fire a couple of days ago that completely melted their cables to slag. Not only did they tell us upfront what the problem was, Adel and his team worked THROUGH the night to fix it!

After expecting to be down for 2 or 3 days, we were most pleasantly surprised to be back online at 9am the following morning!

Full marks to them!
