I have just sorted out a car for my friends with aone car hire they said the service was ace and they gave them a brand new fiesta.Plus they do transfer from Larnaca return for £50 if you hire from them.

I used Baspinar rent a car's transfer, we were 6 people and the price was like £30 each way Larnaca to Kyrenia. My friend has a car so we didnt hire a car but Baspinars quoted us £10 a day with full insurance. I think that was pretty good. I will use them in future.
