Just wondering how much we would expect to achieve in rent for our 3 bed 2 bath detached bungalow with 8 x 4 pool in Catalkoy? Long term rental??

£350 to £400 per month.

you should be able to achieve between 400 and 450 pcm GBP

we have British clients waiting for long term rentals if you are interested
