Is Banks Council Offices closed on Monday and Tuesday here?

SDorry, when you say 'here' where IS 'here'. See you are supposed to be in Chiang Mai. I lov e the place. miss it. Not been there for years, but I guess the night market is still going strong|? But of course I would know nothing about holidays over there.
