The trouble with perfume is, depending on your skin type it can be great or truly awful... I once bought my eldest sister some Tramp... and that's just what she smelled like!

I distinctly remember the smell of canvas. My grandfather ran a sail making business and had a canvas drugget made up to cover over the carpets in his house. Brilliant idea really, meant it didn't matter if us kids or inebriated relatives spilt anything on the floor.

It's very difficult to recommend a perfume for someone as everyone's taste is different. I love Chanel No. 5 but not Coco or Paris. I also love Poeme. I personally don't like men to smell of aftershave, you can't beat the smell of warm, clean skin (woof woof).

Dear Lem I also love Angel , it smells sort of chocolaty, I am always getting my bottle refilled, from major high st stores. For a change why not try coco madamoiselle by Chanel , I love it and people always compliment when wearing it. Ralph Lauren have brought out a new fragrance Notorious which is really lovely and I would love to receive it this christmas Regards Saffi
