They sell small rolls at Mr Pound and I have seen 2 metre wide bubble wrap on big rolls at 1001 near Ercan airport.

You can also buy it at Tayf. Better know as Marshalls in Karaoglanoglu.

I got some from the hardware shop (yapi market) diagonally across the road from the Alsancak Starling supermarket on the corner. Cheaper than any of the other places I had previously bought from.
