| we start using highest grade fresh cyprus potatoes in our stores. They Grown in the fertile red soil of eastern Cyprus (famagosta).we buy them directly fresh from the famagosta farm. we cut them by one potato at a time by hand daily,. And cook them in 100% pure, cholesterol-free vegetable oil. We have a new contract with a local farmer from famagosta to make sure we will have it all year round. |

| Sounds yummy too, especially the chips, I'm vegetarian but always pleased to hear of food with no additives. You will do very well using the best ingredients. Good luck to you. |
