hi all, am looking for a house in nc to renovate, not looking for a ruin but something that needs loads of work /room to extend. very flexible on which area but must have good size garden and good views. would prefer quiet village location. can anybody help?. thanks in advance.

Well done to you, hope you find the ideal place to renovate. Such a change to find someone who doesn't want to move to england-on-sea (eg. esentepe, turtle bay, etc) and might actually want to integrate with the local cypriot population!

I dont know if it is of any help, but we have just returned to the UK after purchasing property in NC and during our search we were shown a great renovation project in catalkuy (i think that how you spell it), stunning views and could be fabulous. Abbey Estates showed it to us and I think the price was £65,000.00. their website is: http://www.abbeyestate.com may be worth a call....we loved it!

Just buy (virtually) any 2 year old house as it will need renovating due to the poor level of building competence here in Nth Cyprus!

I think TaraSpring is selling a property that needs a little work, nice views, roof terrace, not much garden though as I recall, just outside of Karsiyaka Village.
