Treesy, if you are into Turkish TV as well then I highly recommend "Asi" its a Turkish version of Pride and Prejudice. If you cannot follow Turkish then I can give you a site that has been translating. We are now on 46th episode. It really is one of the best Turkish weekly programmes thats shown every Friday night. I have posted the first part for you to see and the music is also very dramatic with each scene. There are some really good scenes if you stick with it. It also gives a good insight into the Turkish way of life and helps with the pronunication of Turkish(obviously different dialect). It takes place in Antakya. Please give it a try. http://www.Diziport.com has also used some of the series. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=CWFr2PnRSRY

Dalartokat thanks - will give it a look - all my Turkish friends love Kutlar vadisi Pusu - I prefer lighter programmes -one of my favourites is Elveda Rumeli (not on diziport) and comedy programmes like Esref sati. Besinci Boyut is quite good too when I can follow it - people do bad things then get to put it right. My Turkish is not good enough to watch any of them - but I get the idea normally! T

Treesy, I will also look at the ones you said. There are a lot of good turkish TV programmes and as you say if you cannot understand Turkish you can follow. Thats what I like about "Asi" is that the acting is good enough to be able to follow if you can't speak the language. Its a girly series, Im hooked every Friday night. Happy watching all your fav programmes. Regards
