Where in the Alsancak area would be the best place to get the dogs nails clipped and the approx cost please.

I bought a pair of clippers and do my 3 dog's myself so I don't know how much you would be charged.



You could try the vet just before you get to Escape Beach which is called Kibris Veteriner Klinigi.

(on right hand side coming from Alsancak).

The vet is Prof. Huriye Kaya and her number is 0392 8211143 or 0553 8399777



There is also Garfield's Vet which is in Lapta (on the same parade of shops where Freddie's Bar and the new Christmas shop is).

Number for this vet is 0533 8632939.



You could also try Lena at NCDC Dog & Cat Hotel.

Based in Malatya and does dog grooming including claw clipping.

Numbers are 0542 8800123 or 0533 8883355

Thanks for the info.

I would buy some clippers but I have no idea where to start as I believe you must be careful as not to clip to high as there are blood vessels .

You are right, you do need to be careful.



I was lucky to have a very good vet in the UK who gave me a lesson on how to do it.
