Nethouse 2mb does it carry the full 2mb

I paid to step up from Nethouses 2Meg to 4 Meg, when I realised following many tests that mostly I was getting around 2Meg, sometimes as low as 0.50 of a Meg, I called Nethouse to be told, what I had actually bought was there 4Meg ECO package, so I said okay explain, they said we don't guarantee 4 Meg, just you might get it sometimes, another con........... after a month of testing, I found if you have the built in VPN they supply, you will only get on average 1meg, but if you have them take it off, then yes you average between 3 and 4 Meg, the choice is yours, don't expect 4Meg watching BBC Iplayer, it does not happen.
