Good luck Susanna! Can you tell me how long a session for say pilates, yoga, or fitness would last. Are they 1 hour each or does it vary (your prices for private sessions state 1 hour rates, so am I right in assuming they last one hour only?)

Thank you, bigOz. Yes, all sessions last one hour in general. Other arrangements can be made, if client would wish to have 90 min. session. Also, what that 90 min. session includes is up to the client, e.g. it can be a mix of everything (for which 60 min. would not be enough), starting with aerobic exercise and/or weight training and then going into yoga poses or pilates ab and back work, finishing with stretching. That I would call a Total Power Body Workout .

I have chosen the "Rebirth" Card for you my lovely one: This card depicts the evolution of consciousness as it is described by Friedrich Nietzsche in his book, Thus Spake Zarathustra. He speaks of the three levels of Camel, Lion and Child. The camel is sleepy, dull, self-satisfied. He lives in delusion, thinking he's a mountain peak, but really he is so concerned with others' opinions that he hardly has any energy of his own. Emerging from the camel is the lion. When we realize we've been missing life, we start saying no to the demands of others. We move out of the crowd, alone and proud, roaring our truth. But this is not the end. Finally the child emerges, neither acquiescent nor rebellious, but innocent and spontaneous and true to his own being. Whatever the space you're in right now, sleepy and depressed, or roaring and rebellious - be aware that it will evolve into something new if you allow it. It is a time of growth and change. Well done Susanna, for choosing to help others ...

to MaB76, the fitness classes are held at the Black Olive Studio in Alsancak To walkerscott, yes, I agree it is a time of growth and change for all of us. How fascinating . Groucho, we all believe in what we regard to be safe for us to believe in. rowlo, come for a reading and I can tell you about your case of getting your deeds. This is all individual, there are no common predictions in the cards that you pick for yourself. In any case, thank you for visiting my webpage! Greatly appreciated . I look forward to seeing you soon at specific Xmas markets and you can experience this for yourselves, even if just from curiosity.

Today Susanna, I have chosen the Postponement Card for you: The woman in this picture is living in a grey landscape, full of unreal, cut-out clouds. Through the window frame she can see colours and light and aliveness, and although she would like to move through the frame - as we can see by the rainbow colours appearing in her garment - she can't quite manage to do it. There is still too much 'what-if?' activity in her mind. Tomorrow never comes, they say, but no matter how often it is said, it seems that most of us tend to forget the truth of it. In fact, the one and only result of postponing things is a dull and depressing feeling of incompletion and 'stuck-ness' today. The relief and expansiveness you will feel once you put aside all the dithering thoughts that are preventing you from acting now will make you wonder why you ever waited so long. Did you meet my good friend Barbara Jones at the Body, Mind, Spirit Exhibition last week? Love & Joy, J

Maria my lovely soul, Your Card today is the "Harmony Card" ... Listen to your heart, move according to your heart, whatsoever the stake: The experience of resting in the heart in meditation is not something that can be grasped or forced. It comes naturally, as we grow more and more in tune with the rhythms of our own inner silences. The figure on this card reflects the sweetness and delicacy of this experience. The dolphins that emerge from the heart and make an arc towards the third eye reflect the playfulness and intelligence that comes when we are able to connect with the heart and move into the world from there. Let yourself be softer and more receptive now, because an inexpressible joy is waiting for you just around the corner. Nobody else can point it out to you, and when you find it you won't be able to find the words to express it to others. But it's there, deep within your heart, ripe and ready to be discovered. Be blessed Maria. When Everything Changes, Change Everythin

Rowlo - for some reason your Card is the "Silence" card!? The silent, mirror-like receptiveness of a star-filled night with a full moon is reflected in the misty lake below. The face in the sky is deep in meditation, a goddess of the night who brings depth, peace and understanding. Now is a very precious time. It will be easy for you to rest inside, to plumb the depths of your own inner silence to the point where it meets the silence of the universe. There's nothing to do, nowhere to go, and the quality of your inner silence permeates everything you do. It might make some people uncomfortable, accustomed as they are to all the noise and activity of the world. Never mind; seek out those who can resonate with your silence - or enjoy your aloneness. Now is the time to come home to yourself. The understanding and insights that come to you in these moments will be manifested later on, in a more outgoing phase of your life.

Osho Zen. Helena, Your card is the Turning In card: The woman in this image has a faint smile on her face. In fact she is just watching the antics of the mind, not judging, not trying to stop them, not identified, just watching as if they were traffic on the road, or ripples on the surface of a pond. And the antics of the mind are slightly amusing, as it jumps up and down and twists this way and that, trying to get your attention and seduce you into the game. To develop the knack of taking a distance from the mind is one of the greatest blessings. It is what meditation is all about really--not chanting a mantra, or repeating an affirmation, but just watching, as if the mind belongs to somebody else. You are ready to take this distance now, and to watch the show without getting caught up in the drama. Indulge yourself in the simple freedom of Turning In whenever you can, and the knack of meditation will grow and deepen in you. Let go of old pain. You will find the connection.

Groucho, It's all very much about personal perspective. Not about taunting or judging or condemning someone else because of their "being" or "doing" or own perspectives. Let all souls walk their own pathway. Coming to another of your questions. It's all about vibration, feelings, energy, and the intentions from the enquirer do count. All Tarot cards usually come with a fixed interpretation, a basic story of what message it can convey. It is up to the reader to interpret with whatever feelings/vibrations he/she is feeling when trying to connect with whomever they are trying to bring a message of comfort to. A good reader tries not to do any "processing" of the data, but simply and instantly describes it. Intuition resides in the psyche, in the soul. Intuition is the ear of the soul. Feeling is the language of the soul. We have 6 senses. they are your sense of smell, taste, touch, sight, hearing, and knowing. The only "time" there is, is the "evermoment" of now and here. :-

You have been happy and content to believe that and it's not my job to convince you of anything else. It's ALL about personal perspective, everything is. It is all a question of perception. When you change your perception, you change your thought, and your thought creates your reality. Whatever outcome you could anticipate in any situation is already there for you. All you have to do is perceive it. Know it. This is what is meant by "even before you ask, I will have answered." In truth, yours prayers are "answered" before the prayer is offered.

Does the heart have a memory? Is part of an organ donor’s personality also transferred to the recipient in a transplant? Yes, contends Pearsall in his book "The Heart’s Code", which provides other remarkable examples of transplanted hearts with memories. An 8-year-old girl received the heart of a 10-year-old girl who had been murdered. The recipient ended up at a psychiatrist’s office, plagued by nightmares about her donor’s murderer. She said she knew who the man was. After a few sessions, the psychiatrist decided to notify the police. Following the girl’s instructions, they tracked down the murderer. The man was convicted on evidence she had provided the first clues about: the time, the weapon, the place, the clothes he wore, what his victim told him. Everything the girl said turned out to be true. Hmm ...

WOW very powerful and just the way I try each day.. Powerless over people, places and situations ! Its all a matter of thought pattern and our own perception of knowing what is the hear and now, what to change when and without fear It keeps me happy and content 99% of my every day '' Awareness of self and other.'' Oh and by the way I also have a certificate in my file too, sometimes the thinking slips but at least I am aware enough to self search and change Thanks again walkerscot Spider,X

Awareness is the key to transformation. And so many of us refuse to be aware of our choices. Life is full of choices. We create our reality, and we do this every day. What you have today in your life is the creation of your thinking and your choices. You may have been programmed to think like your parents think... or you may feel that it is safer to think like your spouse. These limiting beliefs make sure that you stay where you are. Unless you become aware and realize your choice. Thinking positive creates positive experience and every minute counts. Be grateful for what you have and you will receive more of it. We can keep talking and writing about this forever. Unfortunately, those who do not understand, will respond again negatively, as they fear for their own power and like to think that outside forces make their lives the way they are. Wake up before it is too late. Life is so beautiful and amazing and full of riches and exciting experiences. Why waste it

It was a pleasure Helena. An old friend used to say, "Is it possible that there is something we do not fully understand about ourselves, about our own life and its purpose, the understanding of which would shift our reality and alter our experience for the better, forever?" Have a nice Sunday!

| Belief creates behaviour. We are all individuated divine parts of the One Soul. My friend also gave me some advice: Be a living, breathing example of the Highest Truth that resides within you. Speak humbly of yourself, lest someone mistake your Highest Truth for boast. Speak softly, lest someone think you are merely calling for attention. Speak gently, that all might know of Love. Speak openly, lest someone think you have something to hide. Speak candidly, so you cannot be mistaken. Speak often, so that your word may truly go forth. Speak respectfully, that no one be dishonored. Speak lovingly, that every syllable may heal. Speak of Me with every utterance. Make of your life a gift. Remember always, you are the gift! Be a gift to everyone who enters your life, and to everyone whose life you enter. Be careful not to enter another’s life if you cannot be a gift. When someone enters your life unexpectedly, look for the gift that person has come to receive from you …

It is not nearly so important how well a message is received as how well it is sent. You cannot take responsibility for how well another accepts your truth; you can only ensure how well it is communicated. And by how well, I don't mean merely how clearly; I mean how lovingly, how compassionately, how sensitively, how courageously, and how completely. I love dry humour!

rowlo, how happy are you in your life? In scale 1 to 10, how satisfied are you with how things are going? I sense unhappiness deep down, you deny it 100%, of course, not to appear weak here, after all those strong words and opinions of being quite closed to spiritual matters... so why bother? why are you here expressing your frustration? Are you attempting to prove yourself to us? that you are not lesser than those who believe in a higher purpose? And what do you think of this that I received a message from God himself to do what I am doing?

I'm sure many would not want to miss out on this marvellous opportunity to help others nor perhaps, of becoming an IT or Website Developer. . Remember, with absolutely no professional qualifications or experience in IT, Website building and Website Optimisation, you too can become an IT Consultant/Employee giving 'advice' to people who have serious website problems that need sorting. Not only that, you can charge £100- for a 1 hours work well, sometimes more! And you too could have at least 2 million visitors a year! IT/Website Building for Dummies is all you need! Probably get it all for under £60- http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=it+for+dummies&tag=googhydr-21&index=stripbooks&hvadid=17221252310&ref=pd_sl_5piuf83vdc_e Now where's my credit card!?
