Lost BBC & ITV Signal since last night

Has anyone else lost the signal for BBC & ITV? I have Sky HD box and 4.2 metre dish but cannot get a signal. If someone could let me know their situation I will then know whether it is just me or a general problem. judyvincent@live.co.uk

Mine is working fine,have you tried turning the box off for 5 mins?

We did to, we have the same as you, not sure if our base has moved slightly with all the rain? If it persists tonight we will call our old freind Mustafa, he will fix it in no time We live in Ozankoy by the way.

If the loss was sudden, most probably there is an insect in the feedhorn blocking the signal.

We have a plastic cap covering the horn, so its not that, but thanks for the advice.

We have this every year with the heavy rains,our dish sinks and we lose all the terrestial channels plus a lot of the HD channels during the day.Now waiting on a visit from iceman to fix it

I came to Lapta on Thursday and you was the second call on my schedule list,but i got caught up in such a rain,couldnt even finish the first job..will definately call all round early next week..

Iceman came to us last week as we lost all our channels . Due to the heavy rain and storms, a small adjustment of the dish and all was back. Thank you Iceman for coming out so quickly and sorting it. Regards, Mrs Snakes.
