The deeds for the property are in the previous owners name as we did not own the property for long enough to transfer them but the VAT has been paid.

The property is located behind Nosheens Indian Restaurant (the old Friends Hotel) and I would be happy to give you further directions or contact details of the lady with the key if you would like to view the property.
