Is it a bad time to buy property or land because there is a chance things on the island may change, where would people stand in regards to deeds and mortgages, i would guess buying re sale with the right deeds is still okay, but laws regarding new builds and mortgages could change. Will all existing mortgages remain valid. My guess would be new laws will only improve the buying process, but will the people who don't own outright be caught in limbo with no funding for the property. My question is for the changes and implications which are possible.
