Christmas Menu

STARTERS:

Prawn Cocktail

Roast Mediterranean Vegetables

Chef,s Special X Mas Pate

Home made Soup

Grilled Grapefruit topped with spiced Demerara Sugar.



MAIN COURSES:

Roast Turkey & Stuffing with Sausage and Bacon Roll OR

Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding



Vegetables Selection Including:

Rosemary and Parmesan Roast potatoes,Cauliflower au gratin,Honey Glazed Roast Parsnips,Braised Red Cabbage with Pine Nuts,Broccoli with Fresh Ginger & Carrots.



DESSERTS:

Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce

Flambe Orange

Chilled Lemon Flan

Liqueur Flavoured Ice Cream.



Followed by Coffee,Liqueurs and Chocolates and Mince Pies.
