Hi. Have set up an account, been sent my card but have no pin. How do I get it as I will be paid into this account next week and have no access to the money!! HELP!

The branch should connect you with telephone banking, and you can create your pin then. At least, that's how mine was done.

Be aware though, that the first 2 occasions I used my card, it was snatched by the machine. Hopefully this will not happen to you!

I went to the branch, and they helped me connect via the internet banking facility in the bank.
