Went there the other day with my wife and can say that the food was delicious ,prices very resonable and the staff very pleasent.

A new venue that you must try....the food is DELICIOUS and as msg 7 says prices are reasonable. There are some dishes on the menu that NOBODY else does i.e. scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and eggs benedict.



The cheese scones are to die for!!



Very good service.....lovely atmosphere and pleasant surroundings.

We were invited to the opening the other night. The staff were very freindly indeed, the food we sampled was delicious, we wish you all the best for the future.

Msg. 31, I'm not upset! I just think that endless menu's etc day after day would be better placed in a completely separate section, which would make them easier to find and people could then compare cafe/restaurants with each other and hence make up their own mind where to go.

Had fabulous eggs Benedict there yesterday.

Will definitely be going again as the cappuccino was delicious and the cakes for afternoon tea looked scrummy.

We had one of the nicest Sunday lunches we have had here at the Village Kitchen, on their opening day. Very pleasant surroundings and staff so attentive. We also had Christmas Day lunch at the Village Kitchen, and again, fantastic food and service, and excellent value too. Popped in the other day, and sat outside just for a drink, and even my doggie was treated to a bowl of water and a biscuit, she was a happy girlie. You deserve to do well Village Kitchen. Looking forward to trying out your normal menu at some stage.
