We are coming to live in TRNC in early 2012 , and are looking for property to longterm rent, Ideally 3/4 bedrooms, private pool, garden, and willing to take well behaved pets, We are a couple with no children and neither of us smoke. We have 3 Bed 2 Bathroom detached villa with pool and garden in Karsiyaka (Mountain side) for long term rental.

Current tenants are moving out in January after a long term rent.
