Im attending a course on Thursday so there will be no Zumba session at the Altinkaya on that day



All other sessions as usual. Monday Wednesday 6.30pm and Tuesday 9am.

Do you do a beginners class if yes when. On saying that I won't be able to attend until January.

Boaka, There is no beginners class as my routines are designed to be easy to follow so you can attend no matter what your fitness level is because you only work as hard as you want to.
