| Does anybody know anything about Mainland Properties? They are advertising 2 properties at Esenteppe. Lantern and Seaside Villas, but the website does not have much detail. I have emailed them for details but am still awaiting a reply |

| I second that, always someone out there trying to make an even faster buck not just the north but the south as well.Dont dive in blue boy, way up all the options, and dont always go for the cheapest because there will be a reason for the property being so cheap.look for independent lawyers as well ,you dont have to go with the person that the agent reccomends. But above all remember at the end of the day ITS YOUR MONEY THAT YOU ARE PARTING WITH,so spend it well.listen to the posts from the guys on this forum they have a wealth of knowledge.good luck and keep posting. |

| Hi Blueboy, Best advice I have after, 2 years of dealing with idiots, is buy something that is completed and save yourself a lot of aggravation. Then nobody can lie about when it is to be finished or when the services will be connected. You see exactly what you are getting. Wish I had a bucketful of hindsight! I can second the approval of Little Villa Company. Richard and Paul are nice guys who will help- you a lot. BB |

| Mainland Properties signs seemed to appear out of nowhere at the end of August all along the main road to Esentepe. Never heard of the Company before that but they've sure spent a lot of money on advertising boards. I'd go with the advice from the others, tred carefully as it could be a company who has previously gone bust and started up again. Follow the advice of those who have bought and choose a builder who is recommended. I'd personally buy second hand if I had my time again as you don't get the same problems with the utilities.
