Newly decorated 3 Bedroom apartment for sale in Block A1 (12) , first block as you go in the security gate on the left.Apartment 2. It has a large lounge with balcony, large kitchen with all white goods, 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, family bathroom, and small bathroom. The apartment is unfurnished with white goods, and airconditioning in the lounge and all three bedrooms. Patara City is a well maintained site, with lots of extra's, includng a security gated entrance, indoor and outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds,, gymnasium, health club, tennis court, children's play area, shops, generator, and covered car parking. The builder Ozaylcin also has an office on site. The maintenance is £50 a month which covers the gardener, cleaning the hallways/stairwells and grounds, on street lighting, water, cleaning swimming pool.

are they all turkish title now in patara . its no good is it as its unlikely a foreigner will gain ptp?otherwise i would be interested

I think you will find that all Patara is still on a shared deed and not Turkish Title.The greek land owner was paid off several yrs ago and the Builder has still not recieved his completion certificate.

Most locals cannot buy as ALL banks refuse to give mortages on a shared deed properties
