I have 2 apartments adjacent in Lapta Pines ... 400 metres to seafront.

Both identical 3 bed. 2 bath . with 2 Patios . They have private walled gardens [large] that front onto the large swimming pool ...very large wndows thus extremeny light and airy with some breathtaking views .. currently used for holiday lets .. they are well furnished and have very nice kitchens ... dishwashers ,washing machines and have saterlite TV. the base rent for one year would be £375 permonth ... lesser terms negotiable . please contact me in uk +44 7971 339854 mrburpi@hotmail.com

they are private apartments ..[not villas] but are 3 bed / 2 bath .. quite new ... with 2 patios and very large private walled gardens .... lovely views also . they are available from now .please read all info on the ad. again AND then if interested email me in uk direct i can send you property numbers advertised on holiday - rentals .co.uk ..displaying all info in full +many many nice photos . thanks lindsay mrburpi@hotmail.com
