7 villas plus builders men on site on builders electricity 1 bill we have all got sub meters, this month builder plus i villa refusing to pay been told by Kibtec we will get cut off any suggestions what we can do

I think the only thing you can do is pay the bill then disconnect the electric to the builders and the villa owners that are refusing to pay. Whatever happens you must pay the bill because Kib-tec will disconnect you without a doubt.

the builder has gone and it is only the workers who are there we have cut them & the villa off.villa had a tennant who has moved out refusing to pay we contacted the owner but he will not pay either,we have paid Kbtec 70% of the money but have to pay this months bill+arrears by the end of the month or the whole site will be cut off.the developer has also gone.

Think if you ask littlenige he will confirm what will happen if you do not pay.



When they complained that one person on site refused to give contribution, Kib Tec advised that if they cut off this person they would still cut off the whole site.



So please be very careful, as always you will be the looser.

Also make sure you advise the rental tax office that the villa owner has been renting the property out.
