| If you are not successful, then I can offer the following alternative, if you are doing the initial mix in a bucket or large bowl then you can toast a slice of thick bread and put dried yeast on top of it being fairly careful not to let it go into the liquid. After 3 days the slice of toast will swell to almost fill the top of the recepticle and the yeast will be supported and work down through the toast into the liquid. This is what I used to do when I could not get fresh yeast. Another bit of advice, clingfilm the bucket or whatever, don't let the winefly in or the wine will sour. |

| I've bought it in Illeli a number of times, in the fridge section at the back... Haven't done so for a little while but think they stock it, as a rule. |
