May I suggest you use a florist in Alsancak. At least then they may at least be aware of where your address is.

Also, it would be a local delivery, whereby you won't be charged so much delivery.

Also, Interflora /teleflorist is a florist that can pass orders out of their area, eg. south London to Scotland or overseas,which you won't need.
