I went to her and lost 13 kg...........and I have k ept it off too. that was 3 years ago.........
Sue Her weight watchers is a diet for life not a fad that you do for a certain time to get rid off. |

| Joined Kibrislim when came out this time and it is great. No feeling bad about yourself just great support, advice and help in doing weight loss your way without any pressure.
Trish is absolutely lovely and as a group we have a good laugh. The idea is not to force people to follow silly diets but to choose the way for you no matter whether it takes a few weeks or a few months. Trish is a guide and you can just follow a healthy eating plan or get more tailored help. I know i go home feeling good about myself even if I have lost no weight because the support is to make you feel good about you first and foremost. |
