i know a few people there on that site and are not too happy with the developer or the management co:, too many lies too much of the time suggest you knock on a few of the owners door, you'll know the one's there the one's for sale.

Hi i can give you details of other owners of sea vistas who are very happy with the complex. i am sure you will love it when you come over.Just keep in mind any development will have the odd one or two will feel they have made the worst decision of their life and on the other hand you will have those who think its the best decision they have ever made. Hope you fall into the latter catergory as did two of our close freinds who are owners on Sea Vistas

Great to hear Covgirl we are certainly pleased with everything so far just a few gripes and they seem to be remidied although we are not in pocession yet

My brother has bought a Sea Vista apartment, he thinks it's fab, he was very complimentary about Sea Vista company, he said they were helpful, professional and courteous and he's really delighted with it. I was lucky enough to see it in Sept and thought the quality of it was very mpressive. The pool took longer than expected but what the hell it's in now! I guess you can't please all of the people all of the time but I for one am looking forward to holidays over there, wish i was there now with this hideous weather outside! I have purchased and live in (when not at work) C block 3. And I personally think they are some of the best apt's for that price range (that is my opnion, I did vist a fair amout of apts sites before buying). So much so that I have recommended the site to a number of my friends and Co Workers, 1 of which bought on the site (Hi Nicki..Hows Wales...Brrr)



I wont say that it was all plain sailing, as with any new build there were problems when I first moved in but nothing that a phone call or e-mail has not fixed. I have had no problems with Nature Bay as a company or any of its staff and found them very helpfull during the purchase and occupation process.



They now have a member of staff on site most days, who is very helpfull. (Hiya John... ..)

We have an apartment on Sea Vista and took possession earlier this year. We love it out there and can't wait to be out there again....away from this awful winter! We have had no problems with the management, any small rectifying jobs have been dealt with efficiently, we have no complaints. Look forward to meeting you AndyLynnW

We also know somebody that has brought on the Sea Vista site and they have not had any problems at all. We have seen the apartment and think the site is fantastic and the views are stunning. As someone else has said on this page, please do not lisson to everything you hear as some people are just that way and find fault in every little thing. As my mother used to say there is always two sides to every story and people will not always tell there side truthfully.

Just go by your experiance that is alwasy the best.

If anyone owns a first floor (top floor) apartment in the row where blocks 5, 6,7,8 are located then please get in contact with me.

I would like to rent, flexible, but for between 6 to 12 months maybe longer if is of mutual interest. I travel back to UK quite often so i can, if you wish arrange to spend time away when you may wish to spend a few weeks out there on holiday!?!

I didnt realise this accreditation was in the TRNC which body monitors your effectiveness not e having 'a go' just interested as my Company has the same accreditation and we get assessed twice a year by the BSI
