| Hi , have bought what I have thought was filo pastry several times but was not. Can anyone tell me what the Turkish equivilent is whether, you buy it fresh or frozen and what shop please. Thanks |

| all the supermarkets sell the Turkish type fresh is called 'yufka' its in the fridge near the cheese and butter |

| you can also buy ones with baklava picture the sheets are thinner than the yufka sheets. |
