I have just received a call from the UK to say that Tom suffered a heart attack this morning whilst moving snow. Has anyone else heard this? If this is so, my heart goes out to his wife and my prayers are with her and her family. I feel so shocked. . I was with Tom just a few weeks ago at the World Travel Market and he was in good form.

I am really sorry to hear that. He is a good friend of many on C44. I wish him speedy recovery.

I am shocked at this bad news and hope he is going to make a good recovery.

Thoughts go out to wife and family. Such a helpful man, and he sounds so nice

on the phone.

Does anyone know how he is? a second call has said that he died I really do not like putting news like this onto the board, but he was such a good friend to so many, always ready to help with advice and gave so much time to others.

My condolences to Tom's wife Janet. I'll remember Tom as the Most Helpful Man in the Tourism Business I've ever met. Thanks for all the times we had a good laugh via Skype.

Im in total shock, only just heard this devasting news. I only spoke with him and Jan last week. My heart goes out to Jan. Tom will be remembered for being one of the kindest people I have ever met x. RIP TOM x
