From all the team at Caesar Resort, we would like to thank all of you, for your trust and believe in us.

Caesar Resort for us is a dream and a passion that you guys have all contributed in making it a reality!

The 3D images have jumped of from the paper and onto the ground.

Everyone’s commitment, from our wonderful tea lady through to our CEO’s, has given a magical presence to our site.

We are now beginning to hand over phase 1 and its great to see so many faces appearing around the office door, you can really feel the buzz of excitement.

Once again from all of us at Caesar’s thank you and welcome to our Afik group family xx

Have had my handover letter, and can't tell you how pleased we are with everything and how it has all progressed. First class development, with first class people. Look forward to seeing everyone in January. Have a great xmas and new year.

Just read your posting we to have bought in caesar resort 2 bed top floor apt in cassius.I was just wondering how you recieved your handover letter was it by e mail or by post.We are fllying out on 21 Jan cant wait.

Hi Rozzi ,

You had a chance to meet my mate Bernard when he was visiting the site in June. We have bought 2 bed apt in Claudia block and I am coming to stay in Bogaz for a Christmas and New Year holidays. Becouse I heard that you start handing over the keys to the buyers soon , are the common facilities going to be ready at the same time? Also, what about area surrounding the completed blocks? Is it going to be cleaned, landscaped etc. I am asking because I know that you will be continuing with the construction of other blocks , so ...? I am coming to the site for the first time and just have seen the website pics so far. Other buyers, please share your opinions if you visited the resort lately. Merry Christmas to all of you and lookoing forward to meet you on the island.

Maciek by this time you are most properly on your flight on your way over 



The roads to phase 1 are in place, landscaping to the surrounding area of phase 1 began many months ago, and we are proud to say the plants are well on their way to being established. (no twigs) the palm trees are flourishing (much to Jakes delight) the amphitheatre is showing great pride of place, 2 water features are in, work is well underway for the communal building, with the inside pool tiled and waiting to go, the plastering and tiling should be completed within the next couple of weeks. We can then put in the spa, and Gym. We are also now working on having one of the outside pools ready for around may time. The site is very clean and safe and will cause no problems for any persons residing in phase 1.



I am sure Maciek will fill you all in on his return.

Wow so many questions



We update the web daily, we do have some more updated photos, but honest the site changes daily, I was last there last Tuesday, and I am back tomorrow, and I know the guys worked all over Christmas, so there will be more changes from last week.



The spa will be going in the same area as the indoor pool. I will find out tomorrow our expected dates for installing the spa.



Jamie your block should be nearly ready by the time you come over. The guys are really working flat out, and so far we are on target with the handovers. Even the pouring rain didn't stop them (yes i was in the warm office watching from the window, drinking coffee and munching on chocolate )



Well guys, I hope you all have great plans for new years eve, and I hope 2009 brings you much happiness.

Roz, f I may ask one small question. As apartments are taken over are they directly on Kibtec or are they to be on builder's electricity supply until the development is complete?

At this time we have electricity on site ( we call it insaat electricity)



Kibtek (electric board) has confirmed the project and we are waiting for their trafoo to be delivered.



So hopefully in a months time you will be connected via Kibtek. We don’t have to wait for the whole project to be completed.
