Apart from all the artists who are more than qualified to entertain in their own rights we have a fantastic gathering of great people who benefit from the studio facilities who are striding to perform their particular talents. In my humble opinion they are all stars in their own mind and cant wait to see them all perform in the summer at a venue to be decided !!! Tomorrow from 4pm ALL WELCOME see ya regards Barry

Dave I can really say that (although you not accept it) you have really expanded your guitar expertise and play a great "MEAN" slide blues guitar. It may be because you have been reading up on things but you have been thrown in the deep end and are playing very well and tomorrow you will be in the main PA system so we can all benefit from your improving slide skills ! fantastic well done !!! see ya tomorrow and anyone else who wants to risk it ha ha regards Barry

It is important for me to be in an environment with other musicians especially when they are better than me as it gives me motivation and drive. It does not matter how much you practice at home because playing with other musicians with different styles increases your learning potential ten fold.

Rob thats great thank you for coming and i thought we made great strides forward in the songs played and what a star Dave is turning out to be considering he never sang before and to play slide guitar also i think we can say that its working ! its what the workshop is about ! You played some lovely chord sequences tonight and Andy's sax is getting so good ! thanks to all well done cheers Barry

I think you told me that you made some modifications to your guitar, well it sounded superb through the PA system and I am going to need some mentoring from you with regards chords as you make it look and sound so simple.

Just been going through the proposed song list and I think I can run with Rocky Mountain Way and Lets Work Together.

As for the blues number all I can think of calling it is Buzz Blues.
