If you were in Uk, the race relations board would take you to court! With TRNC authorities insisting that TRNC citizens must have priority for employment by all business, your ad comes accross as a bit racist! What is wrong with just saying "good Engish speaking person with communication skills required to work at..." - You never know, an Irish or a Scottish person might even be a better bet
