Has anybody else experienced problems booking flights using Pegasus Airlines Website recently?

I have tried for the past 2 days but to no avail!!! I keep getting an error message preventing me from completing the booking.

Suzy, click on the link at the top of the page, we are Pegasus Agents and can book the seats for you

Gary when you say click on the link @ the top of the page , do you mean this page in which case they only do flights from UK to here.

Yes SuzyH, I had the same problem so I did not know if I had booked or not. Emailed them and got the standard, "we will be in touch". ....they were about a week after the cock-up. I ended up using a local travel agent instead. Peagasus has a terrible website reputation as this is not the first time I have had problems with them.

Pegasus site has been down for a while, it's hit and miss really, I kept trying and managed to do my booking yesterday, but it's down again

Have you anyone in UK who can book your Pegasus flights for you ? Our daughter always books our Ercan to Stansted return flights for us on line then e mails us the tickets. No problems have been encountered in the last 3 years. The deals our daughter gets, for reasons unknown to us, are always about 70% of what we were quoted when trying to book at the TRNC end.

Message 9 Who does your daughter book with. I am in the Uk and trying to book tickets with Pegasus online and it will not let me. I had this same problem from the UK in August when Tom very kindky helped me.

Please ensure you are booking with a reputable ticket provider, also ensure if you are booking any form of a package, flight with car hire, or hotel, the agent can advise they are bonded with the CAA and have a valid ATOL licence in their own company name. It is a legal requirement for operators or agents selling "packages" they have a valid ATOL licence.

Booking seats via http://www.flypgs.com is easy, however there have been system issues recently

Like Flyer I had to book through a travel agent because website wastn't working cost me £60 more for flight.

Judith. My daughter confirms that the bookings are made direct to the Pegasus website but she has the advantage of using her PA to visit it as often as it takes before contact is made. Nevertheless, if the reliability of the website improves it should be possible to get far better deals from UK rather than TRNC particularly if booking as early as possible before intended travel date. Best of luck.
