were can i buy a large detailed map (not tourist) of girne area showing all villages etc,maybe some streets,is there any,cheers

If you have access to the internet via a PC, or via a suitable mobile, I would recommend ViewRanger as it gives extremely detailed maps of virtually anywhere in the world!

This link shows a roadmap screenshot of Kyrenia. You can also display topographic maps or aerial maps.
