Malcolm Tattersall, writing in the UK red-top paper The Sunday People, gave both TRNC and the Acapulco a definite thumbs up this week - makes a nice change!



"During our first week we rarely ventured from the sprawling Acapulco Beach Hotel, just a few miles out of Kyrenia. It was just too easy to laze by the swimming pool and sign chits as the waiter brought glass after glass of deceptively-strong Ephes lager.

Our luxury bathroom was bigger than many hotel bedrooms I've stayed in. The food was delicious, too, with the most amazing and varied buffets for breakfast and dinner.

And with entertainment in the lively open-air disco most nights, you could happily while away your whole holiday there."

stayed at Acapulco last year for three weeks in september.One word--WONDERFULL--.This hotel is perfect for families.its got a lovely sandy beach,food is very good and my children couldn't get enough of the five water slides on site.highly recommended,just make sure you get a SEA VIEW room,its a must.

An excellent account and not a word of a lie in it. If ever I needed a reminder as to why I like the place so much this was it.

Just as an aside the first time we ever flew to Turkey the whole plane applauded when it landed so it is just the done thing with the Turks. They all had their worry beads going 20 to the dozen as well.
