WERE LOCATED ON THE MAIN ROAD NEAR THE TURN OFF TO GAU UNIVERSITY OPPOSITE CHICKEN PLANET AND JUST DOWN THE ROAD TO LEMAR.

VERY GOOD LOCATION PLENTY OF PARKING PLENTY OF PEOPLE ON FOOT PASSING AND TRAFFIC FLOW IN EXCESS OF 10 000 A DAY

WE WANT 300 STG PER MONTH FOR OUR 60 SQUARE METER SHOP
