Hello Everyone,

We will be conducting a scheduled maintenance in one of our main hubs in Girne tomorrow starting 1pm for approximately 2 hours.



All planning and preparations are done accordingly that most customers should not have any internet downtime for more than a few minutes during this period.



We are kindly asking our customers to plan accordingly and expect intermittent connections and downtime during this time.



Only customers north of the Kyrenia mountains will be affected by this maintenance. The main goal of this upgrade is to provide better redundancy and higher capacity from one of the links thats coming from Lefkosa.



We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sorry for the late update: The maintenance was successful and completed within the projected timeframe. Longest downtime for any customer during the maintenance has been around 8 minutes, while most of the customers experiencing an internet cut of less than 2 minutes. This was a very good result for an upgrade of this magnitude.
