Problem with post office

We all know Post Office is terrible among the island but maybe someone will help me and suggest something.

How to receive parcels from abroad? Is there any good way to get them so they wont be opened, searched or stolen??

Do you have any tips or tricks about receiving parcels to KKTC?? any chance I will get parcel in 1 piece? Should I go to post office and ask for post box??

I think it's pretty much of a lottery getting a reliable postage service into the TRNC, many people have mail delivered without problems many lose mail.

I've had a RoC mailbox for five years now without a problem 31 Euros p.a. prior to that getting mail was hopeless.

I've never had any problem with TRNC postal system. It's been almost 5 years that my parents sending us parcel from USA (at least 6-7 times a year) without any problem. We just have to pick them up from post office which is working three times a week. (Mon-Wed-Fri, 8:30-11:30 am)
