A fun, up beat aerobic class of shimmies, shakes and all other movements Middle Eastern.



cardio vascular workout with lots of strengthening and toning to be done. With use of a hip scarf and veil you will be guided through a choreography.



The emphasis is on fun, letting go and enjoying the power of a woman, through this womans dance.



A dance that lifts the spirit and enhances your femininity, naturally building more confidence and self -esteem.



All ages, sizes and fitness levels, co-ordination not necessary!



Please wear lose clothing and bring a veil if you have one or light weight sarong.
