I have never put a negative post on this forum until now and its a shame as I have been using this cleaners for a year now but I took a wool carpet into be cleaned after speaking to the owner and explaining it was real wool, he said no problem. When I collected it and put it down on my floor it was all mis-shapen and a long thread pulled so a big whole was at the side where the pile is now coming out. Also after the carpet had been down for 4 days the floor was covered in some kind of dust, When I went in and discussed with wife she did not believe me and said"never had a problem before" which I am sure she has not, but now obviously there is now! a 260 Euro carpet ruined, so do not take wool carpets into be cleaned at this establishment. I am going to see the husband with pictures etc but do not believe the response will be any different. Will let you know.
