We have just returned from a very wet and windy walk on the unused army base beach at Karsiyaka. There is a large animal - horse/cow - washed up on the beach at the head of the muddy track.

I have tried to email Lapta Beledeyisi from their website with no success. Does anyone have an alternative email address?
