Dear Patara city home stayers, you as me have a large communal non share warehouse downstairs. I am going to keep some of my belongins & suits there. Will it be a good idea? If yes, may I construct a type of wardrobe or I need a permisson from the management? Thank you for advice.

I should go and ask someone in the office that's on the site or else go and ask Pelin a the office in Girne. It was supposed to be divided up for homeowners, but that has never happened.

You should have been given a key for this area when you bought the property. I've stored things there for the last 5 years. Security depends on how you feel about the other owners in your block. Stellastatr1 is correct that the area should have been divided as part of our contract. But that simply won't happen now. There is no objection from Ozyalcyn to "doing your own thing" as long as you don't take advantage. The area we are supposed to have is clearly marked out on the contract. Recently I joined 2 other owners co construct an interior area. They don't let out their properties, and wanted their storage to be a bit more secure than just the front door. The penthouse owners have also put in their own areas, leaving sufficient floor space for the other 3 flats to use. One of the penthouse owners also boarded up the window to make things a bit more weather proof and keep out the ferule cats which had been using the storage area as sleeping accommodation!
