Also what qualifications do you have in instructing people to lose weight other than, as you say, you are ex slimmers world teacher?

Actually the brand name is Slimming World. I joined on line last year and it was £60 and £20 per month thereafter. So 10ytl is really cheap.

I'm sure Slimming World online is very good but some people actually benefit from the personal support that a weekly group offers and also the availability of help and advice from the person running the group.

Also there are people living in TRNC who do not have access to the internet so an online club is of no use to them.

£20 per month is still a lot just to get a few recipes. The group is mainly people who were slimming world members before in the uk and as it is loosley based on same the books are useful.

I was demonstrating my BELLYCISE on Tuesday - sorry you missed it, it is part of the programme.



The answer to the reasons that these people moan about this is that they are unsually overweight people who force themselves to believe that they are not overweight or they are the type of people who cannot commit to anything and would find it difficult - either way, don't lets pick on them, they will learn one day.

Heard the news today about the findings on the Brain capacity survey which states that peoples brains start to deteriorate from about mid 40's. The recommendations are a healthy eating plan - that is what this is A PLAN YOU CAN LIVE ON FOR LIFE - not a DIET (THAT IS A NASTY 4 LETTER WORD)

With regards to comments on paying taxes.

Please do not worry on my account, my taxes are covered.

That is not a problem I have, as yet, not earned anything - it has cost me - a lot.

Providing food tasters every week which I enjoy doing

Shopping to supply items people cannot get locally

Buying Paper & Card for books, notices, information etc

Buying loads of printer cartridges to print books for everyone (after I have typed them)

Buying Raffle prizes - the proceeds of which go to KAR (costs not always covered by the takings)

However, I am enjoying it just as much as I enjoyed it in the UK. Retiring has not been easy for me and it also takes my mind off the serious property problems which I have encountered for 5 years.

The main thing is that I think the members are enjoying it too..

When talking to people whilst out and about many people asked me to start a group up
