A NORWEGIAN lady living in the occupied areas of Cyprus recently won a court case against the ‘TRNC’ Ministry of the Interior for its alleged negligence in allowing a development to be constructed without Planning Permission.

This story appeared on North Cyprus Free Press on the 28th December 2011 and will be followed up as soon as the Norwegian lady in queston is back in action, she has injured her leg and unavailable at the present Even some of the wording in the above looks familiar..
