We are looking for a 3 bedroom villa for family, for long term rental (2 yrs.) in Dogankoy/Ozankoy/Catalkoy area.

Hi;

I have a villa you might be interested in Ozankoy.There are three bedrooms and three showerrooms with toilets. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite. All bedrooms have aircondition. The sittingroom has a fireplace and a dining area and it is connected to an open plan kitchen. There is a seperate room on the second floor which could be used as a study room but the stairs to this room are from the outside. It has a huge garden with a bbq place , 8*4 private swimming pool, and a garrage area for one car. It has a few olive trees in the garden. The house is one of the five bungalows on a one way street which only the people who live in those bungalows use so it not crowded or noisy street. Pets are allowed and the current tennant had also built a kennel for his dog. It is two three minutes away from the lemar or the main road. The montly rent of this lovely bungalow is 550 stg and two deposits. If you are interested you can call me from the concatct number below.
