This Cyprus44 forum is certainly informative. However it should be made clear to all would-be members that it is not a truly open forum ... how can it be with such censorship ...

And so he does for the hosting, maintenance and updating of his site (C44). The content of this website is created by the members who like to write messages. I hope this answers your question?

It is really simple people.

All of you who wish to complain about companies and individuals and label them crooks and fraudsters are I am sure certain in your own minds that it is true. No doubt you are also certain that you could prove it if you were asked to in a court of law if you have even thought about it. However when you publish on this forum you risk others having to potentially justify your comments in a court of law, spend their money and precious time and resources without the benefit of the first hand experience you have.



The moderators have no special instructions to protect anyone, whether they advertise on here or not. We do however use our common sense to protect the board. In this we use our discretion but do not expect to be able to come on here and post "So and so is a crook" if that hasn't been proved in a court of Law. If you do and it is moderated do not repeat it, complain about it or cause trouble because you will be banned.
